(says the girl who hasn't been home for more than 2 days at a time in the last month. seriously though, i'm really happy about the happy news in your post and i'm frightened for you for the frightening news in your post. sorry to hear the boy didn't react as you had hoped, but the fact that he was willing to chat about it is a good sign, methinks. boys are very unpredictable things when it comes to serious situations.
