I swear, I've asked a bunch of people, and no one knows what that is. But it's better than one of the previous descriptions, which was a large mango covered in cheese. ?!?!

On this side of the pond, people call them swedes. Although your young gentleman might raise an eyebrow if you start going around telling everyone you have a swede in your belly.
